“Small Japanese tatami room for single travelers.”

The building itself is fantastic, yet the location feels remote. You can only get there by taxi, which costs $35, so it’s not a good option if you don’t own a car. The hot springs are great, but the restaurant menu is quite limited.

Everything was lovely, especially the onsen—it felt like a genuinely traditional spot focused on rest and health. We enjoyed two wonderful days of relaxation and pleasure. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included from the start and there was no way to purchase it separately on the spot. Getting to and from the resort required a car; a taxi from Shizuoka station was easy, but ordering one from the hotel was tricky, and we couldn’t find an early‑departure option, so we had to leave at 10 am. Luckily we didn’t have any other time‑sensitive commitments before then.

“景色満足部屋少々不満な一泊。”

The food was fresh and delicious, and the view was spectacular. The only drawback was that the room felt a bit cramped.

“Une petite pause au calme”

Hôtel très calme avec un personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Le onsen en 2 parties : exterieur & intérieur est très agréable. Le service restauration est très bon. Le petit + que j'ai apprécié c'est la salle de bain de la chambre avec baignoire qui est à l'extérieur, ce qui donne un petit côté "onsen privé" !. Ce qui pourrait apporter un petit + à cet Hôtel, ce serait un système de location/prêt de vélo à proximité afin de mieux découvrir cette belle région

“まぁまぁ”

The location is great, and the on‑site restaurant “Yamachan” offered tasty food and good service. The only issue was that no other restaurants were open on the premises.
