The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies, went out of their way to make my stay amazing.

A private balcony offers a sea view from this air‑conditioned Junior Suite with a separate living area and bedroom. The sleeping arrangement includes two beds that accommodate up to four guests, and sound‑proof walls help keep the space quiet. The suite has a private bathroom with a walk‑in shower and a hairdryer, and a flat‑screen TV for entertainment.

The room itself was new and clean. Breakfast was pretty good for such a small place, and the front‑desk lady was very helpful, even finding us a nearby parking spot, which is usually a big issue in Nafplio. However, the room category was completely misrepresented: we paid premium for a specific room with a specific view, but upon arrival we were told it was occupied and handed a different room that had no promised view at all. The photos were misleading; the view was just a blank wall, not a sea view. This is our fifth visit to Nafplio and we always book scenic rooms to enjoy from the balcony, so we were deeply disappointed. If the property values its reputation, management should lower the price, update photos immediately, and stop misleading guests. Consider staying at nearby hotels like Naus Boutique Hotel or Leto Nuevo Hotel instead; they deliver on what they promise without surprises.
