“Bruttissima esperienza! Non lo consiglierò a nessuno!”
I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at this resort. The structure appears old and, frankly, overpriced considering the subpar services and dreadful food. When I used the laundry service, my clothes came back dirty and mixed with items belonging to other guests. The housekeeping team lost a crucial medication of mine, and to add insult to injury, the staff showed no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. Luckily, I was able to find a solution back in Bangkok at a more competent hotel.
