The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service
The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, available around the clock and providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax

The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, and always ready to assist, especially those at the main gate.

The staff were the kindest people I've ever met, super child‑friendly and helpful, especially the doorman and the front desk team.
The hotel was great! We got a huge, spacious room with a massive bathroom and very comfy beds. The location was perfect—close to shopping malls, the MRT, and Lumpini Park. Breakfast was excellent, and the kids loved the place too. Nothing to complain about; we’ll definitely return if we’re back in Bangkok.

The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms. Also, it would be nice to have more shuttle transfers to the shopping malls.
It is close to the shopping mall complex.
