The view over the Douro was spectacular and gave me a comforting sense of peace; everything was flawless, from the room and its cleanliness to the site and the well‑supplied breakfast.

The location and view were amazing, especially the river view from the room; the air conditioning worked well, the mini‑bar was fine, and the staff were attentive and polite, but there were many stairs that are a problem for those with mobility issues; the buffet dinner had better options and clearer explanations upon arrival (if there are other choices besides the buffet, as I found the price too high for the quality), and the breakfast was also limited in variety during the time I stayed, with the orange juice a bit stale, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.

A vista da janela do quarto para o rio douro era deslumbrante. O tamanho do quarto era enorme e ainda tinha uma pequena varanda. O hotel está inserido entre as vinhas (Val Moreira) o que nós leva ao espirito do Douro entre as vinhas e o rio. A piscina era agradável com vista também para o rio. Pequeno almoço bom mas pouca variedade. Infelizmente não foi só neste hotel, mas neste tambem aconteceu e acho um "roubo" combrarem 3,40 por uma garrafa de agua de 0,25cl que se encontrava no mini-bar, ainda mais quando não aconselhavam a beber água da torneira
