The balcony was great. The bathroom was cramped, and the shade next to the bed was broken. The coffee selection was excellent. Tim was a nice guy to chat with.

I love the jetted bathtub—my favorite. The location is convenient, and the price is reasonable. The bathroom is a bit narrow, and the tub had some stray hairs, but I don’t expect perfection. The shower triggered the smoke detector and it fell from the ceiling when I tried to fan it with a towel. None of these issues would stop me from booking again. The free cancellation policy was a bit confusing.

The spot is right by Mount Snow and the eateries, and breakfast choices are solid; the room feels snug, and the host even pinged me the day before to confirm my preferred room temperature—nothing else to complain about.

I barely interacted with the staff, yet they sent me daily texts, and when I asked for something it was already there; the beds and linens were clean, but the room itself, especially the bathroom, had brown wall stains, and while breakfast was decent, the waffle iron’s black coating kept peeling onto the waffles.
