The maintenance and cleaning crew were incredibly kind and helpful, but there was no elevator on the 3rd floor, the air‑conditioning was broken and the carpet was wet, and the front desk clerks were inept, assigning a new room and then giving it to other guests.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and it was close to where I needed to go, with nothing negative to mention.

The location is great—not too close and not too far from things—but my room wasn’t clean to good standards, you can tell the property is older with rushed renovations, the elevator stopped working, the pool had growing moss, and the walls and soundproofing between floors are thin.

The location and comfortable beds were good, but breakfast closed at 9am and the bathroom lacks ventilation so when you close the door and shower the counters get wet from condensation.
