Guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast with local café vouchers. Nearby, the Archaeological Park of Neapolis (1.3 km) and Syracuse Cathedral (1.5 km) lie within walking distance, while a bike path leads to sun terraces overlooking the sea.

The rooms were spotless daily, towels were replenished every day, rooms 4 & 5 had sea views that were definitely worth the extra cost, but beware when booking: it looks like all rooms have sea views, yet rooms 1–3 face a wall; several guests were misled by this. The room décor was nicely done, though some items need a touch‑up. The location is decent in the center; Ortigia is about a 20‑minute walk. The owner was never seen, communication only via WhatsApp. Only two rooms actually had sea views—pay close attention when booking. The arrangement of rooms 4 & 5 could be improved. The wardrobes were outdated; in room 5 the wardrobe was blocked by a fold‑down bed and all drawers had a collapsed bottom. The mattress quality was poor, a kind of ribbed mattress; the pillow was hard, with a stained spare in the wardrobe. The private sea entrance is shared with a large apartment complex above the rooms, making access to the sea inconvenient. The rocks were still dangerous even with water shoes. At the corner of the complex there is a small beach reachable by a path of wooden planks and a steel pipe; it has many small stones and is not ideal for baking. Bring a good snorkel mask.

I loved the spot—walking distance to Ortigia and restaurants, Elisa on site was welcoming and helpful, opening the huge windows let in fresh air and a peaceful sea view over the rocks, the room and bath were very spacious, but the electricity was inconsistent and sometimes awkward.

I was close to the center, could swim just around the corner, and luckily we got parking right in front of the accommodation, plus a nice breakfast.

Schönes Zimmer mit schönem modernem Bad. Privater Meerzugang. Tollnzum kurz Erfrischen. Wenn man morgens früh genug dran war gab es auch Kaffee / Tee und Kleinigkeiten im Stehen oder mit aufs Zimmer. Parkplatz im Hof hat nur am ersten Tag geklappt. In der Straße war es wegen einer Baustelle zu unserer Zeit etwas eingeschränkt, dafür haben wir gute große und sichere Parkplätze in der Parallelstrasse genutzt. Durch kleinen Durchgag war es schnell zu erreichen
