The beach was a great spot with a clean shore and a fantastic view, and the swimming pool was well maintained and spacious. Breakfast offered fresh, tasty varieties, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The quietness here was something you don't find in other Alexandria hotels. The rooms are only on two levels, no lift, but disabled access is available on the ground floor, and it seems the hotel prioritises ground‑floor rooms for disabled guests.

The place sits right in front of the Mediterranean, within walking distance of several restaurants and cafés; the rooms are modern and spacious and the food is fine. A special shout‑out to GM Mr. Yasser and Guest Relations Mrs. Haneen for making our stay memorable. The front office staff could use more attention and training.
