I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's breathtaking views, but unfortunately, the bed felt like it was sunken in, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.
The hotel's location is absolutely sensational, with the huts situated overlooking a beautiful valley.
The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious.
The facilities were basic but comfortable, and the swimming pool, cooking facilities, and stunning views made for an unforgettable experience.

“Neglected, Kitsch. Not a place I want to remember.”
We stayed in a cottage that was okay, relatively clean, and offered an amazing view, but that is where the compliments end. The place feels neglected; although the unit we stayed in was acceptable, it still needs maintenance. The deck railing is simply dangerous and some of the dining room chairs are rickety. Moving away from the cottage toward the entertainment and pool area, everything feels dirty and dilapidated. We tried a round of pool, but the table should have been thrown away years ago. The place is “kitsch.” We were upgraded to a better, more expensive unit, but even though we paid less than we should have, it still felt too much for what we got. I would not stay there again even if the stay was free.

The view, the dogs, the atmosphere and the décor of the house were all positive, and the owner was friendly. Nothing negative.
Ben was very kind and helpful! The place has a wonderful view (it’s amazing to see the sunrise and sunset from there!!). Very comfortable, with a great shower! The hotel is very close to attractions such as Elephant Sanctuary, Birds of Eden, Monkeyland, Jukani. Ben recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant (Peppermill). The breakfast was spectacular! And as a bonus, we had the company of Benny’s super cute dogs! Simply wonderful!
