The location near the Hochbahnen gives a stunning view, and the staff were very friendly. The food was good, and the sun terrace with reclining chairs was nice. However, the beds were very hard and the room had a carpet floor.

The hotel’s position on the beautiful Seiser Alm is dreamy. The sauna’s opening hours could be longer; it shuts right before dinner. After a long hike, a sauna session would have been welcome.

The location is unbeatable—on the Seiser Alm at 1800 m, it’s simply perfect! The breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the house is well maintained, though a bit dated. Dinner is decent, but it lacks local flavors and seasoning. Almost everywhere, the bathroom lacks storage space—there was none at all—and the balcony seating should have at least two chairs for a double room.
