“Amazing place!”

This hotel is a real gem, tucked away in a stunning location that's pure Chinese charm. The scenery is breathtaking - we've got a lake, traditional gardens, and our villa had an amazing view of the river and mountains. The rooms are comfy, warm, and spotless, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We visited in winter and still had an amazing time, but I can only imagine how magical it must be in summer.

“nous sommes partis au bout de 2 heures”

This place is a total disaster - it's not even close to being a Hilton. There are thousands of flies everywhere, swarming around the chemical-filled orchards and flooding into the hotel in waves. And don't even get me started on the food - there's nowhere to grab a decent lunch or dinner. The cleanliness is absolutely appalling.

The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help. I loved the architecture and design of the main hall and reception - it's really something special. The views and gardens are beautiful, and I also enjoyed having a private hot spring. One thing that would make it even better is more breakfast options, but overall it's a great place to chill out and spend some time.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient, right in the scenic area with a big tree, and the detached houses are quiet. The overall environment is clean and not too crowded. However, our room had some issues - the curtains had bloodstains that hadn't been cleaned, and the front desk staff seemed a bit unprofessional, dressed casually. We also had some trouble with the room rate when we checked in, and sometimes the phone wasn't answered.
