The building itself is very charming and the owners are kind and helpful. The DIY breakfast was not very well prepared: aside from homemade jams, there was no fresh bread and all the pastries were industrial. The capsule coffee was pretty bad. The music was quite loud and the other guests were noisy; there were children, but the parents should make it clear they can't shout as they please. In a former abbey, a bit more silence would have been better.

The house, its décor, and its history were all very appealing, but the pastries and cakes were fine while the bread didn't measure up to the rest.

The staff were incredibly helpful; we arrived very late and they assisted me at 23:30. The 4 flights of stairs with two bags of luggage at 72 were a little rough.
