Everything was brand new and very clean. The pillows were uncomfortable.

The accommodation was clean, quiet, and brand new. It was close to Altea’s historic centre. No staff were present on Sunday, and there wasn’t even a water bottle in the room. The beverage dispenser was broken, and the nearby grocery store was still open after 7 p.m. on a Sunday.

Everything could be heard from the room because it was at the entrance and a lot of light came in; we couldn’t sleep well.

The room was huge and spotless, and when we ran into a hiccup the staff fixed it within 5 minutes; the service was a perfect 10.

“Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

The location was very convenient: a 10‑minute walk to the city centre and free parking right nearby. Online check‑in was smooth and the information booklet on the premises was handy. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found hair in the bathroom and leftover drinks from previous guests in the fridge, which could definitely be improved, and the room wasn’t very sound‑proofed.
