The view was nice and the room was charming. However, even though we booked for two people, we only received a small towel and a shower towel. We asked right after arrival for another set, were told someone would bring it immediately, but not even the next day did anyone come, so we had to buy our own. There was very little toilet paper, no shower gel, and the door had no threshold, creating a gap between the door and the floor. We could hear others moving in bed, shaking the bed hard, which was annoying.

Very clean. But it was extremely, extremely cold; I told the host there was nothing that could be done, yet the room was at 17 degrees and we froze all day and night—horrible, we couldn’t even shower.

The view from the room was good. On the first evening when we arrived, Friday, we called to check why the room was cold; the host said they were checking, the temperature was 13 degrees, and we never received another reply. Later Saturday the temperature rose to 17 degrees, but on Sunday when we left we saw a three‑element radiator next to the door. Later that Sunday evening when we returned to the accommodation we were shocked to see that the radiator had been turned off because the heat had been switched off that morning; the radiator was cold and the room temperature was 11 degrees. We plugged the electric radiator into the socket, but it was insufficient, while outside it was –5. Thanks to the host for not saying anything about turning off the heat, we ended up having a stay where for almost all three nights we had to decide whether to leave or not.
