The location is perfect, with exclusive and secure parking, and right in front there's a CAFFENIO. I could hear everything from the restaurant in the rooms, the noise was too much and it kept me from resting, but the rooms are comfortable and basic for the price.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. The staff that served us in the morning were rude and unpleasant. At night we asked for breakfast without ham, but the next day they served us with ham. When I asked the kitchen lady to change what I had requested, she refused and responded rudely. The receptionist also spoke to us rudely and reluctantly swapped the breakfast we had requested. The service was very bad; we probably won't return to this hotel.

The room instructions need maintenance or updating.

I stayed at a simple hotel with attentive staff; the bed in my first room was sagging, so I asked for a change and the second room’s bed was fine.

The location was great, but the afternoon receptionist didn’t give accurate instructions on how to use the internet or the TV; we had to ask her for help each time (she was friendly, by the way). The mattress was heavily compressed on one side, and the shower drain kept water from draining.
