The spot is close to Stazione S.M. Novella, and the city center is a 20‑minute walk away. They offered luggage storage when I arrived. However, the property needs basic upkeep: the room had several holes in the walls from previous fixtures, the two bedside lamps didn’t work, and the bathroom—especially the shower—was clearly outdated. Communication with the host was disappointing; I never got a reply to messages sent through booking.

It was very good. The staff service was excellent; they gave me a smaller room than I paid for but spotted the mistake themselves and swapped it. When I needed anything I handled it via WhatsApp. The location is superb, with a tram stop right in front, a great café across the street, a pizza place, and a restaurant/pizzeria on the side street—all excellent. The tram makes it easy to reach the train station, bus station, and Florence’s sights.
