The host was the most helpful person I’ve met; he welcomed us at 5am and was very kind. The beds were very comfortable. The new property shows that a lot of money went into it—clean, great shower, and all the soaps and shampoo were provided. It’s perfect for a one‑night stay if you’re heading south. The blackout curtains weren’t installed properly, so the room didn’t get full darkness. The room stayed dim all day, which made it less inviting, but stepping outside into town was chaotic. There’s not much to do nearby, only a few food spots. The property has a kitchen that guests can’t use, but the host was nice enough to help with it.

The Villa is spacious, bright, and stylishly decorated. The rooms are roomy. The kitchen has all modern appliances. The staff are attentive and do everything they can to make guests happy. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and kind; they fetched us food after we arrived late and helped us find a lift to the airport during the floods. The property and rooms were amazing and extremely clean. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is a great place to stay, just 20 minutes from the airport.

I absolutely loved my stay at Heaven’s Villa. The host had arranged a free airport transfer for us. When we arrived, the house looked brand new with modern touches and beautiful decor. The beds gave us the best sleep we’ve had on our travels. It’s a very Instagram‑worthy spot. We told the host we’d be spending most of our time in Colombo, a short drive away, and they went above and beyond to organize a private car for us. While chatting, they listed plenty of local food options within walking distance, though we never went out for breakfast because the in‑house breakfast was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my time at Heaven’s Villa, so much that we’ll be staying at their Kandy location next; the host generously offered an exclusive discount for their Ja Ela location during our trip!
