The location and staff were great, and the room was very clean, but the room felt a bit outdated with a small touch of paint and some details that could use improvement; the breakfast was decent but could be better.

The bed was comfy and having a hot tub in the room was a bonus, though it was a bit far from some attractions and I only learned to use the metro in the last couple of days, which would have made things easier if I knew earlier.

Despite all the hassles, the staff were super attentive, but the overall experience was very bad: the listing said check‑in until 00:00, yet no one was there when we arrived at 21:00, and we only discovered that reception closed at 19:00; we chose the property for its parking, but it only operated until 20:00, a detail not clear in the listing; we had to search for a spot for over an hour and parked about 1 km away with our luggage; to top it off, the air‑conditioner leaked at night and we woke up with a flooded room; although the issue was fixed later, the communication was cold and unwelcoming, the listing information needs updating and clearer, and we cannot recommend it.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the tram, but the facilities were a bit old and the rooms a little cheaper.
