Airport pickup was smooth. We booked the Galaxy suite, which was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the bathtub was great. The room’s electricity cut out four times during our stay, and breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, dinner at the hotel restaurant was fine, and it was close to the airport. The shower had weak water pressure, a humming noise in the room probably from the neighboring building, and I had to use earplugs to sleep. The view from the room looked straight at a wall only 1 meter away in the adjacent building.

The hotel is small and pretty quiet, making it a good spot for a one‑night stop after arriving at the airport. I tried to confirm the airport pickup via WhatsApp, but it didn’t work and I had to take a taxi. The staff never read the printed instructions, and my messages sent days before the flight were ignored. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble communicating with a hotel in India through your portal.

The location works fine; a taxi from the airport gets you here easily. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the bed was so comfortable I slept well. I skipped breakfast because I arrived very late and preferred to sleep in longer.

Clean, friendly, new, and the on‑site restaurant is good. The hotel sits on the street toward the airport, so you can get to the terminal in about 5 € with Uber. It also offers a paid shuttle. The surroundings are just okay.
