Breakfast and dinner were prepared with care and attention, the food quality was excellent and the service impeccable. The location of the property is great, close to the cable car and the bike trail that we used with the free bicycles provided by the hotel. The air‑conditioning in the room was missing.

The building has a beautiful generational history and feels very welcoming; the owners are sunny and very kind. When I needed a dentist on 14 August, they found one for me in a flash. The tap water is fresh, drinkable, and even served at dinner. A cable car 20 m from the hotel takes you high up for lovely walks and treks. The spacious room with a balcony had no wear, a beautiful shower, a super comfy bed, and an extra pillow already in the wardrobe. We stayed half‑board, the food was plentiful, and the chef was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and professional. Next year they’ll add an outdoor pool in addition to the existing indoor one. The town of Naturno offers a wonderful walk on foot and a lovely bike path just a few steps from the hotel, following the river that runs through the town. The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning; perhaps they never needed it, but every room does have a fan.
