I loved the spot and the price – the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the local dishes. The rooms were spacious, had nice views, and were spotlessly clean. The staff were top‑class and attentive, but the towels were stained and frayed, the soap came in a large container that was hard to use, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom taps and fixtures also feel outdated.

“A very comfortable luxurios hotel”

The place is gorgeous, and the service and facilities are great, especially the pool, gym, and massage. The air conditioner was a bit noisy and difficult to lower the temperature.

Der Pool ist super und die Lage ebenfalls. Das Personal ist wirklich entzückend. Es hat von der Decke getropft. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht vernünftig, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei fast 25 Grad geschwitzt haben. Es gab kleine schabenartige Tiere im Bad, die schnell weghuschten, wenn nachts das Licht angemacht wurde. Das Frühstück war zwar üppig, es war aber alles ziemlich unappetitlich

“Don’t ever go there, horrible place.”

Nothing good; it’s a disaster. Don’t go. The rooms are old and dusty, check‑in and check‑out were painfully slow, I was leaving early in the morning and they promised a breakfast bag to go but never delivered, and they outright refused to give me a receipt even though the policy says they must.
