There is no washing machine, no laundry service, no room cleaning, and the staff is rude

The room was spacious and well organized, but the trash was not emptied unless I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned.

The staff were very kind, and the location was quiet and well‑situated even though it isn’t in the most popular neighborhoods.
