“It was an unforgettable trip and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The best things about the hotel are its”
The staff were friendly and attentive, but the gym is actually in the neighboring hotel and needs repairs; the free‑weight benches are broken and one machine is also out of order.
Everything was wonderful; we were very happy and didn't encounter any issues. The only thing is that if there were information about the ingredients of the dishes, it would be easier for us when selecting and serving ourselves
“Très bon”
Everything. The stairs.
“Disappointing.”
The town of Kos is nice, yet the beach has smoke buds, tables that aren’t cleaned, and the 9 o’clock towel rule isn’t enforced—there’s a sign for the neighboring hotel instead, and the same issue occurs at the pools where people lay towels at 6 AM. Walking to Michelangelo reveals trash on the perimeter. The restaurant serves the same food every lunch and dinner, and we’re by the ocean but there’s hardly any fish on the daily menu and no snacks. The special night’s food matches the other restaurant’s below‑par offering. The bus schedule is wrong and should be removed. In the room, shampoo bottles weren’t replaced, a cleaning rag was left behind, the shower didn’t drain, a huge cockroach was found, and there were electricity problems. At the spa, the POS didn’t work so I had to go to Michelangelo to pay; the service wasn’t private enough, was loud, and cost the same as the hotel’s separate room. I had to walk to reception with luggage because the pick‑up didn’t arrive for over 15 minutes.
“Beautiful and relaxing”
The resort is beautiful, the staff are lovely and friendly, the swimming pools are great, and the food is amazing—perfect for some R&R with unspoilt views. The location isn’t great; it’s best in the middle of nowhere but there’s a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you into Kos town. For the beach you need beach shoes because of big boulders, and the beach could use warning signs.
