“Goed locatie om de stad te verkennen.”
The location was very good and the staff friendly. We had two rooms; the one on the street side could enjoy the nightlife on Friday evening. We experienced an earthquake, but fortunately the hotel is low‑rise and there was no damage.
“Buona struttura”
The hotel sits right in El Poblado, so getting around Medellín was a breeze, and the building looks nice with modern, functional rooms that work well for a weekend. Breakfast was solid and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The only downsides were the missing air‑conditioning and the rather dim lighting in the room, which could use an upgrade.
“Heerlijk verblijf in Medellin!”
We loved exploring Medellín and came back to a comfortable room; the breakfast was top‑notch and the neighbourhood felt safe, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away in the evenings. The only odd thing was that the room had no windows, which took a little getting used to, but we still slept fine and the room was otherwise great.
Breakfast was good (Colombian style, with closed items rather than a typical buffet found in Brazil). Lora and Julia from the kitchen and cleaning, and Juan José from reception were wonderful. The rooms lack air conditioning, so depending on the day it can get quite hot and stuffy.
The amenities were spot‑on and the staff were attentive; breakfast was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The only drawback was the lack of air‑conditioning in the room – the fan just couldn't keep the heat at bay. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.
