The hotel was far from the city, but the TV was broken and the doors wouldn’t lock properly, making the place feel dirty.

I stayed two nights, received only two towels for two people, and there was no cleaning service on the second day; the “blankets” reminded me of bigger towels.

I found bed bugs in the bed and left immediately after less than an hour; every time I called for a refund the manager was said to be “not on site,” and on a second call the front desk tried to cut me off by claiming we had already been refunded without checking our account, insisting a manager had to approve it, yet no manager was present.
