The accommodation was inexpensive, the building was clean, and it was close to the station with a shuttle bus to the south side of the station. However, reaching Shimizu Station on the Shunbo Line was difficult, and the noise outside the room was bothersome—there were sounds of the toilet flushing and other rooms making a thumping noise, not just voices or TV. The breakfast selection felt limited, and the venue was crowded, so reducing the number of seats would be problematic. When trying to eat outside the hotel, there was not much around, unlike the south side of the station.
