The place was almost spotless, but the shower head was old and needed replacement.

The room was comfy and the shuttle to Universal was handy, plus the laundry service was convenient. However, toiletries weren't restocked often, the shuttle schedule didn't line up with park hours, the room kept having power glitches, and breakfast was the same every day—cups for coffee never got refilled and everything else was disposable plates and cutlery.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast didn't match my expectations; they served mostly bread but no bacon, sausage, or anything beyond hard‑boiled eggs.

Excellent location. Quiet, views were exceptional. The lobby looked great, clean and well maintained. Honestly if you are staying in Orlando for Universal Studios, this is so close to the park it only takes around 10 minutes to get there. There's also a shuttle but only one in and out for the day. Lights were a little awkward and hard to use. TV has no easy way to stream movies, so bring a streaming device from home to plug in. The shower head was loose and leaking when I arrived
