“Overall satisfied with my stay.”

Restful , not a lot of noise. Dark curtains to help me sleep. I’m a travel nurse working overnight so in the morning I want to take a hot shower and get my rest uninterrupted.Functional elevator . Parking was great easy to get in and out. Location worked well for Staff were very friendly and approachable Manager personally came up to give me new sheets after I saw a stain that looked like blood. She took the time to come do that for me and explained the cleaning process. Felt like I paid a lot of money for a weekday stay compared to other hotels. Not much lightning in the room and the shower curtain had a very strong odor similar smelled like a wet wash. 2nd day I notice a stain that looked like blood on my comforter

“Uncomfortable and disappointing”

The proximity to Tanglewood is a plus, but the lobby smelled overly clean and the desk lady struggled to find our reservation. In the room the bed skirt was missing, the boxspring was dirty and stained, the bed was very uncomfortable with one side completely sunken, the light over the sink/vanity was broken, and one bedside phone charger outlet didn’t work. Towels were scratchy and mismatched. The hotel feels clearly outdated; the room and linens looked clean, but overall it isn’t worth $400 a night.

“Cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. A lovely place to stay.”

I felt the comfort and amenities of a large hotel, combined with the warmth and coziness of a smaller, more personal one. Our stay was extremely comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. A special thank you to Joey, who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was good, although I would have appreciated a few more healthy options. The yogurt dispenser was not working, but the breakfast area itself was comfortable and pleasant. I also really appreciated having coffee and hot drinks available throughout the day
