I loved having my own bathroom in the Opechee Room and enjoyed a wonderful one‑night stay. The food, bed, pillows, and all the amenities were great, but the room was a bit hot.

Built in the 1700s, the house’s rooms are small, and despite renovations that respected the historic style, there was no closet—only hooks on a door and a tiny space beside the bathroom door. The room was adorable and breakfast was great.

Breakfast was fabulous, the location was perfect with easy access to the lake region and plenty of nearby restaurants, and the innkeepers were friendly and always ready to help.
