The hotel's location is a real selling point - it's a short drive to one of the most stunning beaches I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

The staff were absolutely lovely, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

“Shame about the rain!”
The staff here were genuinely trying their best to help us out, which is more than I can say for some places. However, I have to say that I was a bit put off by the whole 'if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all' vibe.
We stayed in a small, cozy cottage with AC, which was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only downside was that it's a bit of a trek from the city, and the signal was pretty bad.

The pool and bar area were really nice, and the food was great too. If I'm being picky, the only thing that would make this place perfect is if they had Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I was really put off by the way they handled my airport pickup. They promised to have someone waiting for me, but instead, I was sent to a different location to pick up a vehicle that wasn't even affiliated with the hotel. It was a pretty sketchy situation, and it made me feel uneasy about the whole place. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
