The snacks available for purchase and the self‑check‑out were convenient, and the mini fridge in the room was useful, but our room wasn’t ready upon arrival; the rooms felt somewhat dirty, mold was present on the shower heads, the baths were very slippery, the sheets had random stains, some lights didn’t work, the staff weren’t very pleasant, and asking for anything felt like an inconvenience; the mold issue needs to be addressed or the city or a health organization should be contacted.
