The staff were okay, though the interior and exterior looked beautiful in the photos, the reality left us far from satisfied.

The location near Stadium Merdeka is great, but unfortunately, the hotel itself didn't quite live up to expectations. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom wasn't clean, which was a letdown. To make matters worse, there were rats behind the hotel, which was a major turn-off. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

The hotel's location behind Merdeka 118 and Stadium Merdeka is fantastic, but the price was way too steep for what you get. I was shocked to find a cigarette butt in my room, which suggests that the room cleaner wasn't doing their job. It's a shame, because the location is really the only good thing about this hotel.

The hotel's overcharging policy is a major turn-off. They're not cheap, but they're not worth the extra cash either. The rooms are fine, but you can get better value elsewhere.
