“Best hotel in Rome”

Amazing hotel. Great location not too far from the main station. Berverlie on reception was outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful. Hotel sent whatsapp message the day before check in to see if we had any queries while staying at the hotel and were only too happy to recommend things to do and places to eat. Rooms were also available for early check in. Underground station less than 5 min walk from the hotel brings you to lots of tourist sites. Supermarket at the end of the road the hotel is on. Room in pictures look exactly like the rooms you get. Beverlie on reception was the most helpful receptionist I've ever dealt with and was more than happy to ring up a small neighborhood restaurant for us and book us a table. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Rome in the future. The hotel was tricky to find as in it is on the second floor of a building and the sign isn't very prominent. Apart from that I couldn't find any fault with this hotel

“The staff was the key to a comfortable stay due to the caring nature that they have toward customers”

The two ladies on staff were incredibly helpful and caring, with great social skills and genuine concern for guests. However, you can’t change the size of the room—this has been a long‑standing policy, and it’s a stark contrast to the room sizes in America. It’s just how it is, and I accept that.

“I don’t recommend staying there”

There was no soap in the room, and a cleaner threw out a pair of sneakers that were in a shoebox on the floor next to the bin but not in the bin.

“Great hotel in a lovely location”

This hotel is great and located nicely, just a short walk from several bus stops. It was clean and presentable, and because we had theatre tickets we arrived before check‑in. Arianna was fantastic, letting us in an hour early and being friendly and welcoming. I can’t thank her enough; this place deserves a recommendation.

Незакрывающаяся дверь в санузле, а также на фото номер выглядит больше по-размеру чем в реальности
