“Staff pessimo, poco abili a spiegare le motivazioni . Era già successo in un altra mia visita . Non torneremo”
The pool was good. They put us in a wall‑view room, and two rooms were booked and both were like that. The hotel wasn’t full and I don’t agree with the staff’s choice to put guests in rooms with no view. At my arrival I had a discussion with the staff about not being able to smoke on the balcony. I explained that I had booked a balcony room specifically to smoke occasionally. They insisted I sign a sheet declaring I would not smoke on the balcony. I will never return, mainly because of the manner, not for the merits.
