The location is great and the reception was friendly. The bus stop with a line to the station is right outside the door, and the recreation area and the lake are nearby. Unfortunately, when the windows are open you can hear the ventilation from the neighboring building. The standard suite felt a bit sparsely furnished, and while there was a coffee machine in the kitchen, there were no mugs or cutlery.

The location was fine. The staff were unfriendly, the facilities were missing, and the apartment was poorly cleaned.

Apparently you don't have to be at the hotel at the exact check‑in hour; if you aren't there, nobody receives you and phone calls go unanswered. On top of that, they refuse to refund the money. Clear communication about expectations is missing.
