The location is great, very well situated, cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Nothing I didn’t like.

The value for money is excellent and the staff are very kind. It is a bit outside the centre but has good public transport links and parking if you drive. The noise from other rooms is quite noticeable.

The owner’s kindness and willingness were wonderful; we’ll definitely rely on him again if we return to Bologna. The rooms were spotless and very well furnished. No complaints. Parking was extremely comfortable and the location convenient—just a 10‑minute bus ride to the city center.
