I booked the stay for my parents, who aren’t exactly young anymore. They were given special attention, which I really appreciate! The apartment was stunningly clean and my parents enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

The setting is quiet, near Massa Marittima, surrounded by nature, and the pool is very pleasant. The reception is very friendly and straightforward. The rooms are well equipped, breakfast is well served with local products, and there’s a washing machine available in the residence. The only downside is the lack of a shower.

The building itself is beautiful, having been adapted from an old farmhouse. The welcome is great. You book a room for one night but they practically give you an entire apartment. Breakfast is good with bread, focaccia slices, and hot pizza. The bar service could use improvement, especially the coffee and cappuccino.
