Very bad, I wish nobody goes there. They didn’t honor the charge shown on Booking, demanded extra money, and I paid 2000 for the same property listed around 1300. I never stayed a night, asked for a refund, but they refused. They’re shameless.

The staff were very helpful and active, constantly calling and guiding me to the hotel to make sure I wasn’t lost, and the location was easy to find. I didn’t like the room, so they swapped it quickly; I appreciated their behavior and eagerness to help. However, I ended up changing rooms three times, and all three were a bit congested, dirty, and not up to the mark, with a shower that didn’t work and water on the bathroom floor that wouldn’t dry up.
