“War alles top”

The place was very clean and had a great location, plus the owner and her husband were friendly. It worked well for a single night, but I just couldn't understand why there was tea without a kettle and coffee without capsules.

I agree with the other negative reviews: the host was extremely aggressive. The Wiesn had started and I was ready to head to Munich. A friend picked me up around 10 am at the usual checkout time, rang the bell, and I let her into the foyer to avoid waiting on the noisy street. The host stepped out of the door, loudly attacked me, and accused me of having stayed here (I doubt the single room could even accommodate that). Luckily I had already packed and left immediately—such a shame. Regardless of my experience, fire safety seems ignored; alarms appear inactive and there are no escape routes in this cramped, winding building.

The owner kicked us out before check‑in even though I had paid the day before. What a terrible owner!

“Zentral, Sauber und ordentlich”

The place is centrally located, the operators are very friendly, free water is provided and they offered it again at departure—great. The only downside is there is no parking at the house; a public parking spot about 5 minutes away is the nearest option. It was unfortunately very hot.

The location is very central, the place is very clean, and the owner is very friendly. Even though it was the top floor and the temperatures were warm, the room was still bearable.
