The building is new and conveniently located near local bus stops. I stayed for 3 nights, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Hygiene, cleanliness, and severe noise issues ruined the stay. On day one, both toilets were filthy with unflushed bowls, a horrible smell, overflowing bins, and used tissues on the floor and washing basin. The bathroom floors were wet and uncleaned for days (no one cleaned the toilets during my 3‑night stay), with dusty shelves and corners in the shower. The room was smaller than pictured, and the floors were dirty enough to feel underfoot. Sound isolation was very bad; neighbors could be heard snoring, slamming doors, shouting while cooking, and talking loudly in the hallway, ignoring quiet hours. On the last day, at 06:00, someone was cleaning or cooking in the kitchen and made very loud noises. Additionally, the main security door was left open twice at night, and basic supplies like toilet paper ran out and were never replenished. I will never try this again, even for free.
