The location was great and the staff nice and clean, and the capsules offered a lot of privacy, though there was also a pool with a communal area to meet people and a café just below. Checking in with an AI wasn’t that great, and the entrance was hard to find, but once those issues were dealt with, everything else was excellent.

This hostel feels like the future of lodging: clean, safe, and the capsules are comfortable with light, power points, and air‑con. The toilets, urinals, and showers are spacious and well‑kept, and the huge community area sits beside a sparkling pool. The staff are friendly and courteous, the restaurant serves good food, and Wi‑Fi is free. It’s a stone’s throw from Khaosan Road, so it’s a win for travelers looking to capture the Khaosan market. The only downside is that the hostel operates under different names, which makes it frustrating to locate.

Nine was helpful and kind, and the hostel was good; I stayed for one night and it was worth it.

The location was excellent, the facilities were clean, and the common areas were good. However, there was no shower alcove; you had to fill a bowl and pour it over yourself.
