Everything was fantastic! The hotel feels very modern and spotlessly clean. I think this room gave me the best sleep of my entire trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and I even had some engaging, deep conversations with them. The location is also superb. The only downside: there is no pool, but that’s something you know before booking, and who really needs a pool in Hiriketiya? :-)

The staff, especially Robin, were amazing. All the catering staff were perfect, and everyone else at the front desk did a great job. Nothing to add!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming and helpful; they carried all our bags to the room and made us feel very comfortable. The bars and restaurants were within walking distance, and tuk‑tuks were easy to get. Nothing – a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional! We’re used to hotels falling short of their pictures, but Praia was amazing. The management was very friendly and accommodating, making it the most comfortable stay of our entire Sri Lanka trip. I’ll definitely come back to Praia every time we’re in Hiriketiya. Nothing to dislike!
