The spot was super convenient for shopping, with plenty of clothing and handmade shops, many restaurants and convenience stores, cafés, and just a few minutes' walk from the One Nimman shopping center. Everything would have been perfect if not for a misunderstanding between the host and us, which forced our five‑person family to stay on two separate floors—us on the ground floor and our daughters on the third. When I checked in at 4 pm I asked the housekeeper why we weren't on the same floor while rooms were still available, but she couldn't speak English. I texted the host right away, but he only replied at 5:29 pm, too late to change rooms because the housekeeper had already left at 5 pm. The ground floor room A101 we stayed in had no windows, and the plaster walls were so thin that a phone ringing inside could be heard outside.
