The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely - friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, the hotel itself was a different story. As a senior citizen, I found it difficult to navigate the stairs to the lobby, and I was worried I'd fall. The hotel's design just wasn't senior-friendly, and it was a shame.
