The curtain was too short and therefore too bright, and the beds were very, very uncomfortable.

The location is good, and it's a 15‑minute walk from the train station.

Check in sehr bequem, online.

When I checked in the system threw an error, the toilet flushed through the ceiling, there were no hand towels, I had to lay the sheets myself and take them off before leaving, the pillow was uncomfortable, the room felt stuffy, the window stayed open all night and the noise kept me from sleeping early in the morning.

The location is great, a short walk to the lake, the thermal spa is nearby, and you can enjoy nice strolls around the area; the restaurant at the base of the hostel is very good. Unfortunately the room description was misleading – the listing said “sleep sofa and single bed” but we got a single 1.40 m bed instead of two separate beds, and the room, called “Martinskopf,” wasn’t really designed for two people and was very noisy.
