The room was a good size and the location was great, but housekeeping didn’t clean thoroughly and only came every other day. The staff were very rude when handling your delivered packages. They had only one elevator working, and at one point none; I had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor while pregnant, carrying all the Amazon packages and bags.

The location was fine, but the TV in the first room was broken. Then we were moved to a room with one king bed for four adults, and later to a room with two queen beds where the AC didn’t work well and made noise all night.

It was a disaster from arrival to the end. You charged me astronomical amounts for Wi‑Fi as a deposit and I keep being charged. The reservation said breakfast was £15, but we were made to pay $24 plus taxes.

The front‑desk staff, restaurant crew, and rooftop bar team were all very friendly and nice, but the housekeeping ladies were not friendly at all. The room was clean and comfortable, though the coffee station inside wasn’t fully stocked. All in all, it was a good stay.

The place was spotless, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, especially with the tasty extra dishes. However, the whole hotel felt very cold, and the reception staff were sometimes unfriendly and unable to answer simple questions. Cleaning was only available on request, and even after asking for it after three days, it only happened when a more urgent request came in. Out of the two elevators, only one worked, causing long waits. The breakfast buffet was small; you could pick two menu items from the card, and if you chose another, the staff promised a $5 surcharge, yet the bill ended up at $30.48.
