“Super amazing hotel, great value for my money.”
Breakfast was excellent, the ambiance was great, the staff were friendly, the sleep was good, and the room was amazing. The air‑conditioner sensor didn’t detect temperature changes and kept running at full speed no matter what temperature we set.
“Comodidad y tranquilidad”
The location and the attention were great.
The facilities are decent but there is no service at all. The phone didn't work, there's no room service, no bar, and there's no way to order a simple beer or anything else at 9 pm. How can they claim four stars without any service?
The staff were very attentive and the spot in a quiet residential area of El Poblado is handy, especially with on‑site parking—parking in Medellín can be a hassle. The breakfast could use improvement; the sweet bread wasn’t very fresh.
