Everything from the room to the staff and the location is great, so I’d recommend it and would stay again. I was in room 409 on 20/09/26. The red LED flashing in the smoke alarm above the bed was very bright.

The location is good. The hotel does not live up to its price; the facilities are clearly deteriorated, the bed has a low‑quality mattress and the air conditioning does not work properly. Although they offer complimentary teas, it’s contradictory that they don’t provide a kettle in the room. It could have been a great hotel once, but from my recent experience there are other options in Santa Cruz at the same price that offer a much higher level of quality.

Clean, comfortable and well‑located. I stayed on the 6th floor over the weekend, and above on the 7th floor there was a terrace/club with music. I brought earplugs, luckily, because the vibrations from the music and bass could be heard.
