The worst stay I’ve ever had: the villa I booked was swapped for another without my knowledge. When I first reached out to staff, they told me the villa I had paid for was actually unavailable and never showed up in the system, even though they had followed up with me to ensure full payment before arrival. I was delayed for 4 hours and moved back to the original villa with no welcome, no basic hospitality, and no key cards until the end of the day. After negotiating, I refused the deal and requested a refund of half the amount. I was told a 50 % deduction would be applied and refunded to my account, but the calculation was wrong, and there has been no response from staff or clarification of the remaining invoices.
